ukactive’s National Fitness Day 2016, hosted on the 7th September, is the biggest annual celebration of fitness and physical activity across the UK. This year, leading retailer Argos partnered with ukactive as headline sponsor to reach new audiences with its large range of health and lifestyle products.
In support of Argos’ employee event at its headquarters in Milton Keynes, RFE International worked with the team to organise a set of challenges, led by fitpros Jenny Pacey and Emma Clark. Employees took a ride from Land’s End to John O’Groats on the Reebok GB60, got involved in the adidas Home Rig Dips Challenge and ran their fastest 400m on the Reebok GT50.
With fantastic prizes to be won (the adidas T-16 Treadmill, adidas C-16 Bike and adidas Home Rig), employees pledged a donation to Macmillan Cancer Support to enter.
All in all, a successfully active day!
